Leadership Team

Warren Tumarae, Director

Warren comes from humble beginnings, overcoming many learning and social challenges in his early life,  starting a family at a young age and dedicating himself to providing a better life for his children.

Warren has over 10 years’ experience working as a personal trainer and health promoter in schools, 5 years as a youth worker with at-risk youth and mental health and addiction and has also developed and run successful community programs to hundreds of people in New Zealand.

In 2017 Warren moved to Australia and worked as a healthy lifestyle coach, then in 2018 became a disability support worker for a large organization, supporting a young person with high complex needs. While in this role Warren became an influential member of the team, gaining the respect of his colleagues through his natural leadership ability and working closely with management to develop strategies and training tools for staff.

In 2021 he became a team leader and was responsible for managing large participant caseloads and staff. He has also operated a small business called "Inspired Lives" broadening his business skills and allowing him to develop a more personalised service for participants he supported.

With this wealth of knowledge, experience, and the amazing leadership team, Warren's vision for Inspire.ly is to provide a holistic and ever-evolving approach to how we operate and provide services.
